Job summary

TNT Crane & Rigging is seeking a Sales and Project Manager for the Albuquerque, NM area. This individual will maintain customer accounts and develop new ones, effectively representing the company in the crane and rigging services sector.

Responsibilities include meeting sales targets, conducting customer meetings, and managing the transition from sales to service execution. A Bachelor’s degree and experience in sales are required, along with a solid grasp of Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of sales experience.
• Five years of experience as a crane operator preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform all responsibilities in a safe, legal, professional, and ethical manner.
• Execute the company services sales strategy related to specialty rigging and crane services.
• Achieve sales targets by identifying and closing business opportunities.
• Maintain effective relationships with established customers.
• Conduct meetings with customers and prospects, providing effective presentations and proposals.
• Maintain knowledge of manufacturer product lines and industry trends.
• Establish a client base supporting a $2+MM/year revenue stream.
• Manage the transition from sales to execution on all closed opportunities.
