Successful candidates will maintain relationships and achieve sales targets for specialty rigging and crane services.

The position offers a competitive salary starting at $75,000 and can go up to $110,000 annually, along with a comprehensive benefits package and a company vehicle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or comparable record of sales leadership experience.
• Three to five years of sales experience.
• Five years of experience as a crane operator preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Perform all responsibilities in a safe, legal, professional, and ethical manner.
• Execute the company services sales strategy mainly related to specialty rigging and crane services.
• Achieve sales targets by identifying and closing business opportunities.
• Maintain effective relationships with established customers.
• Conduct meetings with customers and prospects.
• Establish a client base that will support a $2+ MM per year revenue stream.
