Job summary

CraneWorks, a leading crane and equipment solutions provider, seeks a Crane Operator to lead job-site lifts with a focus on safety and efficiency. You will supervise Oilers and Signal Persons, perform pre-lift checks, and ensure adherence to company safety policies on active construction sites.

The role requires operating various cranes, maintaining communication with riggers, and coordinating lifts under weather and site conditions. Experience in rigging and CDL is preferred.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of OSHA Regulations and ANSI Standards in crane operations.
• Proficient in oral and written communication skills.
• Pass drug test and background check.
• Ability to work nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Operate crane used in heavy lifting and transport.
• Direct supervision of Oilers, Assist Team Leader, and Signal Persons.
• Maintain personal safety and safety of co-workers and ensure safety protocols are followed.
• Perform pre-lift inspections and ensure lifts are within load limits.
• Communicate with rigger via radio/hand signals during operations.
• Participate in safety meetings and implement safety programs.
• Ensure lifting gear is inspected prior to use and lock-out/tag procedures followed.
