Job summary

CraneWorks, Inc. is seeking a Crane Operator to operate various cranes and boom trucks safely on job sites. You will lead the site team, supervise oilers and signal persons, and ensure all safety protocols and pre-lift inspections are followed.

The role requires strong focus on accuracy, weather endurance, and clear adherence to verbal and written instructions. Qualifications include a High School Diploma, 2+ years industry experience, and NCCCO or equivalent certification.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of OSHA Regulations and ANSI Standards in crane operations

• Pass drug test, background, and medical check
• Daily and monthly equipment inspections

Responsibilities

• Operate crane equipment safely for heavy lifting and transport
• Supervise Oiler, Assist Team Leader, and Signal Persons
• Ensure personal and coworker safety and adherence to safety protocols
• Maintain open communication with rigger during lifts
• Inspect lifting gear and rigging prior to use
• Perform maintenance to ensure crane reliability
• Ensure lifts are within load limits and properly rigged
