Job summary

CraneWorks/RentalWorks is seeking a Crane Operator to lead crane operations on job sites in Lanett, AL. You will supervise Oilers, Assist Teams, and Signal Persons, ensuring safety protocols and daily pre-lift inspections are followed.

You must hold a Class A CDL, NCCCO crane operator certification, and OSHA 10, with 1–3 years rigging and driving experience preferred. The role is full-time, on-site with varied shifts and potential overtime.

Qualifications

• Requires knowledge of OSHA Regulations and ANSI Standards for crane operations.
• Proficient in oral and written communication; able to pass drug test and background check.
• Ability to work nights and weekends.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate cranes and boom trucks safely and efficiently.
• Supervise Oilers, Assist Team Leaders, and Signal Persons; ensure safety protocols.
• Perform pre-lift inspections and job-site safety analyses.
• Maintain safety culture and ensure equipment load limits and rigging are correct.
• Coordinate with rigger and maintain radio/hand signal communications.
