Responsibilities

• Operate crane and hoist materials and equipment safely.
• Directly supervise Oiler, Assist Team Leader, and Signal Persons.
• Ensure personal and coworker safety and enforce safety protocols.
• Coordinate lifts and ensure rigging gear is inspected prior to use.
• Maintain communication with rigger during lifting operations.
