Job summary

CraneWorks/RentalWorks seeks a skilled Crane Operator to safely operate a range of cranes and boom trucks on active construction sites in Jackson, TN. The role leads Oilers, Assist Teams, and Signal Persons while ensuring adherence to safety protocols, load limits, and pre-lift inspections.

Overtime and weekend work are expected. You must have OSHA/ANSI knowledge, a high school diploma or equivalent, and a valid CDL Class A with NCCCO certification.

Qualifications

• OSHA/ANSI crane operation knowledge required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years industry experience; 1–3 years rigging/driving experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate crane for heavy lifting and transport.
• Lead job-site team including Oilers, Assist Team Leaders, and Signal Persons.
• Ensure personal and coworker safety; follow all safety protocols.
• Perform pre-lift inspections and load-limit checks.
• Coordinate with riggers; maintain radio/hand signals while operating.
