Job summary

CraneWorks/RentalWorks in Lanett, AL seeks an experienced Crane Operator to lead lifting operations and supervise crews at active job sites. You will ensure safety protocols, perform pre-lift inspections, and coordinate rigging and signaling to move materials efficiently.

The role requires OSHA/ANSI crane knowledge, strong communication, and the ability to work nights and weekends in a dynamic construction environment. CDL and NCCCO certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have OSHA/ANSI crane operation knowledge.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Must pass drug test and background check.
• Ability to work nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Operate crane equipment safely and efficiently.
• Supervise Oilers, Assist Team Leader, and Signal Persons.
• Ensure personal and team safety and comply with safety protocols.
• Maintain pre-lift inspections and load limits.
• Perform crane maintenance and rigging inspections.
• Coordinate with riggers during lifts and signaling.
• Communicate continuously with the rigger during operations.
