Job summary

CraneWorks, Inc. is seeking a Crane Operator to safely operate cranes and boom trucks on active construction sites in La Vergne, TN. The operator will leadOil ers and signal personnel, ensuring all safety protocols and pre-lift checks are completed and that loads stay within equipment limits.

The role requires knowledge of OSHA and ANSI standards, strong communication, and the ability to work nights and weekends. A Class A CDL, NCCCO/rigging certs, and OSHA 10 are preferred.

Qualifications

• OSHA/ANSI crane operation knowledge required.
• Clear communication skills in writing and speech.
• Pass drug test and background check required.
• Able to work nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Operate cranes and boom trucks safely and efficiently.
• Supervise Oilers, Assist Team Leaders, and Signal Persons.
• Ensure safety protocols and pre-lift inspections are followed.
• Maintain equipment and report maintenance needs.
• Communicate with riggers and adapt to site conditions.
