ALL Crane & Equipment Rental in Nitro, WV is seeking a self-motivated professional to lead and supervise the Dispatcher & Logistics Coordinator function. The role prioritizes tasks, meets customer expectations, and ensures compliance with government regulations in a full-time, exempt office setting.

Responsibilities include maintaining logs and schedules, reporting activities, ensuring on-time crane delivery, securing permits, and enforcing OSHA safety standards.

Qualifications

• Trucking/dispatch experience preferred.
• Experience with cranes or heavy construction equipment preferred.
• Knowledge of permitting process for oversize loads and documentation preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Keep records, logs, and schedules of calls, vehicles, staff, and actions.
• Prepare a detailed report on shift activities.
• Ensure on-time delivery of cranes and equipment to job sites.
• Secure permits.
• Ensure drivers comply with OSHA and safety regulations.
• Assist Branch Manager with other duties as assigned.
