Job summary

ALL Crane & Equipment Rental Corp in Nitro, WV is seeking a self-motivated Dispatcher & Logistics Coordinator to lead and supervise scheduling, ensure on-time crane and equipment deliveries, and maintain compliance with government regulations. This is a full-time, exempt position in a casual office environment.

You will manage records and reports, coordinate staff and drivers, secure permits, and support the Branch Manager.

Qualifications

• Experience in trucking and dispatch functions preferred.
• Experience with cranes or heavy construction equipment preferred.
• Knowledge of the permitting process for oversize loads and documentation preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Able to work 40 hours a week and overtime as needed.
• Able to sit for long periods of time.
• Able to use phone, computer and other office equipment.

Responsibilities

• Keep records, logs, and schedules of calls, vehicles, staff, and actions.
• Maintain information on each call and prepare detailed shift reports.
• Ensure on-time delivery of cranes and equipment to job sites.
• Secure permits.
• Ensure company drivers comply with OSHA and safety regulations.
• Assist in other activities and duties as assigned by Branch Manager.
