Job summary

ALL Crane & Equipment Rental Corp. in Nitro, WV seeks a self-motivated Dispatcher & Logistics Coordinator to lead and supervise scheduling, ensure timely crane and equipment delivery, and maintain compliance with government regulations. This full-time, exempt role offers a casual office environment.

Essential functions include maintaining call and vehicle logs, preparing shift reports, and supporting the Branch Manager in day-to-day tasks. Strong organization and OSHA awareness are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in trucking/dispatch preferred.
• Experience with cranes or heavy equipment preferred.
• Knowledge of oversize load permitting preferred.
• Proficient with MS Office.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Keep records, logs, and schedules of calls, vehicles, and staff.
• Prepare detailed reports on shift activities.
• Ensure on-time delivery of cranes and equipment to job sites.
• Ensure drivers comply with OSHA and safety regulations.
• Assist Branch Manager with other duties as assigned.
