Qualifications

• 3–7 years of crane operations and rigging techniques.
• Mechanical and analytical skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receives incoming calls from external and internal customers and records details on the daily schedule.
• Assigns operator and/or rigger for each job task and notes date/time and estimated duration.
• Documents crane size to be invoiced and the method of invoicing (PO, cash, check, etc.).
• Completes job tickets with job description, location, contact information, and on-site personnel.
• Coordinates with On-Call staff to manage overlapping schedules and manpower needs.
• Reviews assignments at shift end with On-Call personnel and reconciles schedule forecasts.
