TNT Crane & Rigging in Atlanta, GA is seeking a skilled dispatcher to support industrial crane operations. The role involves accepting inbound calls, documenting job details, coordinating crane sizes, rigging needs, and on-site scheduling with the operations team.

You will ensure invoicing information is accurate and maintain clear communication with customers and On-Call staff to meet project timelines. Requirements include a High School diploma or GED (College degree preferred) and 3–7 years

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• College degree preferred.
• 3-7 years of industrial dispatching/scheduling duties.
• 3-7 years of crane operations, and proper rigging techniques.
• Mechanical and analytical skills preferred.

Responsabilités

• Receive calls from external and internal customers and coordinate dispatch.
• Record job details on the Daily schedule with crane size and assigned personnel.
• Determine crane size and rigging requirements for the task.
• Document on-site timing, duration, and invoicing details.
• Ensure accurate customer information and on-site directions.
• Coordinate with On-Call personnel; manage scheduling conflicts.
• Review job assignments with On-Call at shift end and ensure readiness.
• Read and interpret load charts to verify lift feasibility.
