Job summary

Worley in the United States is seeking a Craft Recruiter to deliver direct-hire recruiting for construction and industrial projects. You will develop recruiting plans aligned with project labor forecasts, manage requisitions, and maintain candidate pipelines while ensuring compliance with company policies.

You will partner with project leadership and workforce stakeholders, coordinate interviews, extend offers, and support onboarding, mobilization, and handoff.

Qualifications

• 3+ years recruiting craft professionals for direct-hire projects.
• Experience supporting industrial construction, maintenance, or energy projects.
• Experience with high-volume hiring and mobilization.
• Experience using applicant tracking systems.
• Strong screening and interviewing skills.
• Ability to maintain organized recruiting documentation.

Responsibilities

• Develop project-specific recruiting plans aligned with labor forecasts.
• Manage requisitions and maintain ATS data.
• Screen applications for skills, certifications, availability, and project fit.
• Coordinate interviews and hiring approvals with stakeholders.
• Partner with project leadership and workforce teams.
• Support onboarding, site access, and mobilization activities.
• Provide reporting on requisitions, pipelines, and hiring challenges.
