Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate events and parties within the Michaels store.
• Engage customers of all ages with a fun, creative environment.
• Demonstrate crafts, assist with activities, and manage add-ons.
• Assist with checkout, inquiries, and Omni-channel tasks (BOPIS/SFS).
• Maintain store cleanliness, safety, and SOP compliance.
• Communicate with clients and store team; complete paperwork as needed.
• Support inventory, recovery, and planogram processes as assigned.
