Role involves coordinating with store teams, handling emails and calls, and ensuring safety and cleanliness standards. Prior experience with children’s events and strong communication skills are essential.

• Must have experience working with children and children’s events.
• Must have good communication skills including written, verbal, and nonverbal communication as well as listening skills.
• Must have excellent people skills.
• Retail and/or customer service experience required.
• Energetic and enthusiastic personality.
• Ability to handle job stress and interact effectively with others.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate multiple events at once including children’s birthday parties and other craft classes or events.
• Engage with clients of all ages, creating an environment of fun and creativity.
• Demonstrate and instruct party participants in crafts, face painting, and activities.
• Facilitate party add-ons such as goody bags and balloons to company standards.
• Communicate events with clients and store team members.
• Answer emails, make phone calls, and complete paperwork as needed.
• Adjust plans based on client feedback and needs.
• Create backup or emergency plans to be executed.
• Ensure client satisfaction for scheduled events.
• Uphold cleanliness and safety standards; set up and break down events.
