Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience required.
• Experience with children’s events preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate multiple events at once including children’s birthday parties and other craft classes or events.
• Engage with clients of all ages to create a fun and creative environment.
• Demonstrate and instruct craft projects; perform face painting and related activities.
• Facilitate party add-ons (goody bags, balloons) to company standards.
• Communicate events with clients and store team members; complete administrative tasks (emails, calls, paperwork).
• Assist with omni-channel processes (BOPIS, Ship From Store) and stock/planogram duties.
• Maintain store cleanliness and safety; set up and break down events; ensure customer satisfaction.
