Job summary

ISC Constructors, LLC is seeking a positive, energetic Craft Labor Recruiter in Baton Rouge to identify staffing needs and develop sourcing strategies for craft positions, including electrical and maintenance backgrounds.

You will partner with hiring managers, HR, and operations to source, screen, and present qualified candidates, while managing staffing metrics and promoting teamwork across the business lines. This role emphasizes integrity, confidentiality, and service orientation.

Qualifications

• Experience recruiting for craft roles, preferably electrical, and/or maintenance backgrounds.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Work with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and best recruiting practices.
• Source, screen and evaluate resumes; conduct screening interviews with candidates.
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies for current and projected hiring needs.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand lines of business and hiring needs.
• Provide best practices and customer service to the hiring community.
• Staffing related metrics reviewed per business line.
• Recruit, screen and interview craft candidates.
• Promote teamwork; coach and guide others.
