Job summary

ISC Constructors, L.L.C. is seeking a Craft Talent Acquisition Specialist to recruit skilled craft professionals for construction, maintenance, and project operations.

You will lead full-cycle recruitment, workforce planning, proactive sourcing, screening, offers, and onboarding support, collaborating with HR and project leadership to meet staffing needs. The ideal candidate will have experience recruiting electrical, instrumentation, and related skilled trades in industrial construction

Qualifications

• Two or more years of industrial craft or skilled-trades recruiting experience.
• Experience with proactive sourcing and full-cycle recruiting.

Responsibilities

• Partner with HR and operational leadership to understand craft workforce needs and staffing priorities.
• Manage full-cycle recruiting for craft positions across multiple projects.
