ISC Constructors, L.L.C. is seeking a positive, energetic Bilingual Craft Labor Recruiter to support staffing for electrical, instrumentation and controls projects across our industrial sites.

You will work closely with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, source and screen craft candidates, and present qualified candidates for consideration. Qualifications

• Bilingual in Spanish and English required.
• 3+ years of experience in industrial construction and/or maintenance staffing.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and organization.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
• Source and screen craft candidates and present to managers.
• Develop sourcing strategies for current and future needs.
• Track and report staffing metrics across business lines.
• Promote teamwork and provide customer service to the hiring community.
