ISC Constructors, L.L.C. is seeking a positive, energetic Craft Recruiter to support staffing across electrical, maintenance and related crafts. The role collaborates with hiring managers, sources candidates, screens resumes and conducts interviews to present top talent.

Strong communication, organization and integrity are essential, with bilingual Spanish a plus. Training will be provided; the position reports to the head of a unit and offers full benefits.

Qualifikationen

• Experience with Craft positions, preferably Electrical.
• Bilingual: Spanish speaking a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
• Must have the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with understanding of meeting deadlines.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Typically has 5+ years’ experience with Industrial Construction and/or Maintenance background

Aufgaben

• Work closely with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and determine best recruiting practices to attract the most highly qualified candidates.
• Research, source (using cold calls, referrals, data mining and internet resources), evaluate resumes, conduct screening interviews to qualify candidates and present candidates to hiring managers
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies for current and projected hiring needs
• Partner with hiring managers to understand lines of business and hiring needs
• Partner with HR to provide best practices and customer service to hiring community
• Will be responsible for staffing related metrics which are reviewed per business line
• Recruit, screen and interview craft candidates.
• A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
• Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department.
• Performs other administrative functions as assigned
• Promotes teamwork; coaches and guides others
