Responsibilities include coordinating multiple events, assisting with add-ons, and communicating with clients and team members. A strong focus on safety, cleanliness, and brand standards is required.

Qualifications

• Plan and coordinate multiple events including children’s parties and craft classes.
• Provide friendly customer service in-store and at checkout.
• Explain store services and rewards programs to guests.
• Assist with omnichannel processes like BOPIS and SFS when needed.
• Maintain store cleanliness and safety standards during events.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and facilitate events to deliver a fun, stress-free experience.
• Engage guests of all ages with activities and crafts.
• Demonstrate and instruct participants in craft projects and activities.
• Manage add-ons like goody bags and balloons per standards.
• Communicate events with clients and store team members.
• Handle emails, calls, and paperwork as required.
• Adjust plans based on client feedback and needs.
• Create backup plans for events and ensure client satisfaction.
• Support store recovery tasks and stock/POG processes.
• Adhere to SOPs and company policies at all times.
