Qualifications

• Previous bartender experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Beverage preparation and service according to recipes and standards.
• Know the drink menu and make recommendations to guests.
• Engage with customers and provide a personalized experience.
• Maintain bar presentation and cleanliness throughout shift.
• Process payments, manage tabs, and handle cash/credit transactions.
• Tend bar, provide entertainment, and create a lively atmosphere.
• Monitor inventory and report shortages to management.
• Adhere to health, safety, and age-verification regulations.
• Collaborate with servers/kitchen staff to ensure seamless service.
