Job summary

Dreamscape Hospitality is seeking an experienced bartender to prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, engage with patrons, and maintain a clean, organized bar.

You will greet customers, take orders, build rapport with regulars, handle cash and tabs, monitor inventory, and collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure fast, friendly service while complying with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a bartender or in a similar role is preferred.
• Knowledge of mixology, drink recipes, and techniques.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure.
• Must meet the legal age requirement to serve alcohol.

Responsibilities

• Mix, garnish, and serve drinks according to recipes and customer preferences.
• Greet customers, take orders, and provide recommendations based on preferences.
• Handle payments, operate cash registers, and manage tabs accurately.
• Monitor and restock bar inventory, including liquor, mixers, and supplies.
