Job summary

Ascent Hospitality is seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team. You will craft cocktails, greet guests, and provide an energetic, welcoming bar experience that fits our seasonal beverage program.

You will stock the bar, maintain setup, handle cash and POS transactions, and ensure compliance with state and corporate policies while delivering exceptional service. Ideal candidates have at least one year of bartending experience, knowledge of spirits and wine, and the ability to work flexible

Qualifications

• At least one year of bar experience and knowledge of spirits and wine.
• Able to create craft artisan cocktails.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Able to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Make cocktails and provide exceptional guest experiences.
• Maintain proper bar setup and stock based on projections.
• Greet guests and take beverage orders, promote items.
• Inputs orders into POS, handles cash, and balances tills.
• Lock and secure bar equipment and deposits as required.
• Comply with state, federal, and corporate beverage policies.
