Job summary

Pacific Hospitality Group is seeking a Bartender/Server to craft cocktails and provide exceptional beverage service for guests at restaurant and events. You will describe items, assist with special requests, and help ensure a superb guest experience across dining and hosted functions.

Responsibilities include maintaining knowledge of the bar menu, performing prep and side work, and handling payments. The role requires basic math, strong communication, and adherence to health guidelines.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation and service standards.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to work AM, PM, weekends and holidays as required.

Responsibilities

• Curates craft cocktails and beverages to guest specifications.
• Describe all bar items, preparation methods and prices.
• Maintain extensive knowledge of bar/menu items.
• Proper shaking, mixing, and stirring techniques with shaker/bar tools.
• Assist guests with special requests and dietary needs.
• Utilize suggestive selling to maximize beverage revenues.
• Serve menu items promptly and courteously.
• Handle cash and balance bank at end of shift.
• Clean up after events and follow health guidelines.
