Job summary

Pacific Hospitality Group is seeking a hospitality professional to curate craft cocktails and beverages, describe menu items, and deliver exemplary guest service in a hotel/resort setting. You will use proper bar techniques, maintain knowledge of local events, and accommodate dietary requests to enhance the guest experience.

Applicants should be at least 19, have basic food/beverage knowledge and a Food Handlers Card or be willing to obtain one within 30 days.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation and service standards.
• Must be at least 19 years old.
• Ability to work AM/PM, weekends and holidays as required.

Responsibilities

• Curates craft cocktails and beverages to guest specifications.
• Describes bar items, preparation methods, and prices with extensive knowledge of all menu items.
• Perform shaker, mixing, and stirring using standard bar tools.
• Guide guests with knowledge of local area and events to enhance experiences.
• Accommodate special requests and dietary needs; upsell menu items to increase revenue.
• Serve menu items promptly and courteously; maintain clean setup and side work.
• Handle cash and balance the register at shift end; manage tips.
