Qualifications

• Ability to execute multiple tasks while maintaining guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Curates craft cocktails and beverages per guest specifications.
• Describe bar items, preparation methods, and prices as needed.
• Follow proper shaking, mixing, and stirring techniques.
• Assist guests with special requests and dietary needs.
• Utilize suggestive selling to maximize beverage revenue.
• Serve items promptly and courteously to guests.
• Handle cash and balance the bank at shift end.
• Maintain cleanliness and set up/close out station per procedure.
