Job summary

Crescent Hotels & Resorts is hiring a Bartender to deliver warm, engaging service and craft beverages in a fast-paced hotel bar. You will maintain bar readiness, assist guests with beverage selections, and ensure accurate cash handling and POS transactions.

The role supports sustainability and teamwork within the Food & Beverage team. You should have at least 2 years of bartending experience in upscale venues, solid knowledge of drinks, and a professional appearance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of bartending experience in upscale settings.
• Knowledge of spirits, wine, beer, cocktails, and trends.
• Experience using POS systems and handling cash accurately.
• Excellent communication and guest service skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Current alcohol service certification or ability to obtain on hire.

Responsibilities

• Deliver warm, engaging, and personalized service to every guest.
• Prepare and serve beverages according to recipes and standards.
• Make recommendations based on guest preferences and menu pairings.
• Set up and maintain the bar for smooth operations.
• Enter orders into the POS system and process payments.
• Close end-of-shift procedures including cash drops and inventory checks.
