Job summary

Tilray Brands, Inc. in Los Angeles seeks a Field Sales Representative to grow our craft beer portfolio with distributors and retailers, driving volume through thoughtful account plans and promotions.

You will manage off- and on-premise accounts, build strong relationships, and ensure flawless program execution. Minimum 2 years of beverage sales experience and familiarity with VIP or Encompass are required; a college degree is preferred and residency in LA County is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years sales experience in beverage distribution or brewery.
• Experience with VIP, Encompass or similar sales tools.
• College degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sell into distributors and retailers to drive volume.
• Analyze sales trends with VIP/Encompass to guide actions.
• Build relationships with distributor partners and retailers.
• Plan annual and trimester plans with measurable goals.
• Communicate clearly with stakeholders.
• Manage daily activities to hit volume and budgets.
• Coordinate flawless execution of on- and off-premise programs.
• Monitor inventory and seasonal transitions to ensure product freshness.
