Job summary

Tilray Brands, Inc. in Los Angeles County is seeking a Field Sales Representative to drive growth with distributors and retailers. You will manage in-market opportunities, build relationships, and execute annual business plans.

The role requires at least 2 years in beverage sales, proficiency with VIP/Encompass, and a college degree is preferred. Four days in the field with 10–15 accounts daily; base salary range $55k–$70k, plus incentives.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years relevant sales experience at a Beverage Distributor or Brewery.
• Utilization of VIP, Encompass or other sales analytical tools.
• College Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Selling: identify volume opportunities and sell into distributors/retailers.
• Analysis: use VIP/Encompass to identify trends and drive growth.
• Relationship Building: with Distributor Partners, Key Retailers and the community.
• Planning: build annual and trimester plans with measurements against goals.
• Communication: clear expectations with stakeholders.
• Accountability: manage daily business to meet volume goals and budgets.
• Execution: ensure flawless program execution with partners and accounts.
• Quality: monitor inventory levels and seasonal transitions; conduct audits.
