Job summary

Tilray Brands, Inc. is seeking a Field Sales Representative to grow our craft beer portfolio in key U.S. markets. You will work with distributors and on-premise/off-premise accounts to expand distribution and visibility of brands like SweetWater, Montauk, Alpine, and more.

Expect 4 of 5 field days in the territory, strong account management, and rigorous execution of in-market promotions. Compensation ranges reflect experience and location within the U.S.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant sales experience in beverage distribution or brewery.
• Experience using VIP, Encompass or similar sales analytics tools.
• College degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sell into distributors and retailers and identify volume-driving opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with Distributor Partners, Key Retailers and community partners.
• Plan annual and trimester objectives with measurable progress toward goals.
