Job summary

Von Ebert Brewing LLC in Portland, OR is seeking a Sales Manager to grow and manage on- and off-premise beer sales across our distribution footprint. You will build relationships with owners and buyers, secure new distribution, and coordinate with distributor reps to expand accounts.

This role requires frequent travel, willingness to work evenings and weekends, and strong time management. A valid driver’s license and the ability to operate a company car are preferred.

Qualifications

• Develop and implement account-level sales strategies.
• Build and maintain relationships with owners, buyers and staff.
• Communicate effectively with distributors and internal teams.
• Manage time and travel to cover Portland, Seattle, and surrounding markets.

Responsibilities

• Pursue new on- and off-premise distribution through networking and calls.
• Call on existing accounts to secure new distribution and maintain business.
• Develop strong relationships with account staff, buyers and owners.
• Collaborate with distributor partners to meet sales goals and KPIs.
• Prepare regular reports on results, accounts, and leads.
