Job summary

Von Ebert Brewing is seeking a Brewer to join our brewing team at the Portland locations. The Brewer will be trained and scheduled to work across all Von Ebert brewery facilities, handling wort production, CIP, material handling, and packaging to pubs, taprooms, and distribution.

The role requires at least two years of brewing experience, a passion for diverse beer styles, and strong problem-solving and communication abilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of brewing industry experience required.
• Experience and passion for a wide variety of beer styles is required.
• Forklift certification or willingness to become certified is required.

Responsibilities

• Wort production and brewhouse CIP.
• Manage raw material handling and fermentation monitoring.
• Keg washing and distribution coordination.
• Work with Logistics Lead to coordinate with supplier and distribution partners.
