Job summary

Evergreen Dining LLC is seeking an experienced Bartender in Kennewick, WA to craft cocktails and non-alcoholic beverages, take accurate orders, stock bar inventory, and ensure a great guest experience. You will follow company guidelines, comply with liquor laws, manage cash, and input orders into the POS system while guiding teammates and keeping the bar clean and well organized.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years related experience preferred or Evergreen Dining LLC restaurant serving experience.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Must be certified in responsible service of alcohol training approved by state regulatory agency.

Responsibilities

• Delivers exceptional Guest service by being efficient, confident, personable, and an expert on all things beverage.
• Prepare cocktails and non-alcoholic beverages for Guests per Evergreen Dining LLC guidelines including utilizing proper glassware and garnish.
• Upholds and enforces state and local liquor laws and possess the ability to refuse service when necessary.
• Maintain clean bar area and stock inventory, input orders into the POS, and handle cash accurately.
• Educate and develop service Team Members in all things beverage and upsell to increase beverage sales.
• Operate the POS system accurately and ensure timely production and service.
