First United Bank seeks a CRA and Fair Banking Officer to lead the program management, analytics, and governance across the bank, including community banks and business lines. Reporting to the Chief Culture and Communications Officer and collaborating with Compliance, you will drive performance strategies for Lending, Investments, and Services while ensuring regulatory alignment and fair banking practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent Compliance, CRA, Fair & Responsible Banking/Lending experience.
• Strong knowledge of CRA program requirements, Fair Lending, and related regulations including Regulation B/ EEO Act, Fair Housing Act, and HMDA.
• Minimum of 7 years of Compliance experience with at least 5 years in CRA and Fair Lending, including leadership.
• Experience with regulatory examinations.
• CRACP and/or CRCM designation.

Responsabilités

• Lead ongoing maturity, execution, and enhancement of the CRA and Fair Banking programs.
• Align CRA and Fair Lending/Lending initiatives with business strategy and report performance metrics.
• Establish, monitor, and report program performance; oversee governance efforts.
• Partner with Compliance, regulators, and examiners on program governance and effectiveness.
• Cross-functional integration with community banks and business lines to align strategy and issue resolution.
• Complete all required Workday learning on an annual basis.
