Job summary

First United Bank is seeking an experienced senior-level Compliance leader focused on CRA and Fair Banking. You will mature and drive program execution, align initiatives with business strategy, and report performance against critical metrics.

You will serve as the CRA and Fair Banking Officer, collaborate with Regulators and Examiners, and lead cross-functional teams to ensure consistent governance and enterprise-wide execution in a dynamic banking environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent Compliance/CRA/Fair & Responsible Banking experience.
• Strong knowledge of CRA program requirements and related regulations.
• 7+ years Compliance experience with 5+ years in CRA/Fair Lending leadership.
• CRACP and/or CRCM designation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the ongoing maturity, execution, and enhancement of CRA and Fair Banking programs.
• Align CRA initiatives with business strategy and report performance metrics.
• Oversee program performance, community needs assessments, and analytics.
• Partner with Compliance to ensure governance and effective execution.
• Serve as CRA and Fair Banking Officer, supporting regulator interactions and exams.
• Direct team priorities, monitor performance, and drive enterprise-wide execution.
