Job summary

First Mid Bancshares, Inc. seeks a Community Reinvestment Act Officer to develop and administer the Bank's CRA, HMDA and Fair Lending programs, ensuring data integrity and regulatory compliance while supporting lending operations through management reports.

You will train staff, monitor policy updates, analyze fair lending data, and prepare annual CRA documentation for regulators and the board. Strong analytical and collaborative skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; CRA/Fair Lending experience is preferred.
• 3+ years of CRA experience and/or Fair Lending experience.
• Experience with CRA Wiz preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintains expertise on CRA/HMDA governing laws and updates.
• Ensures CRA and HMDA data collected and reported accurately.
• Develops and administers CRA, HMDA, and Fair Lending programs.
