Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Public Policy, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in CRA compliance, community development, or regulatory reporting
• Proficiency in CRA software (e.g., RATA Comply) and Microsoft Office Suite
• Familiarity with Jack Henry or other financial systems is a plus

Responsibilities

• Lead CRA investments, services, and community development reporting for CRA exams.
• Conduct CRA and Fair Lending assessments, mappings and reviews.
• Manage CRA-related systems and branch data, including openings and relocations.
• Provide mentorship and training on CRA and Fair Banking topics.
• Support internal and external audits and regulatory examinations.
