Job summary

FreedUp is seeking a highly organized Sales Assistant to manage inbound lead follow-up, qualify prospects, and schedule discovery/demo calls for our sales team. This remote, full-time role focuses on setting qualified prospects for demos, with a LATAM remote location.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, persistent, and comfortable on the phone, capable of following SOPs while maintaining strong communication and time management. This position offers growth and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in appointment setting, sales support or a phone-based role.
• Proven experience speaking with prospects by phone, text and email.
• Ability to respond quickly to new leads during working hours.
• Strong English communications, both written and spoken.
• Comfort with making outbound calls and logging CRM notes.

Responsibilities

• Lead follow-up and qualification to move prospects to discovery calls.
• CRM logging of contact attempts, outcomes and appointment details.
• Maintain SOPs and assist with automation and workflow updates.
• Support the sales team with inbound lead handling and scheduling demos.
