HII’s Mission Technologies division is seeking a CPSR Compliance Manager to join the team in Fairfax, VA. The role offers remote or hybrid work while leading the organization’s CPSR readiness and compliance programs.

You will guide internal teams through CPSR audits and partner with legal, finance, and operations to strengthen purchasing policies and procedures. The ideal candidate has deep knowledge of FAR/DFARS and CPSR requirements, strong leadership skills, and a proven record of improving

Qualifications

• 6+ years in government procurement, subcontracts, or compliance.
• 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of FAR/DFARS and CPSR requirements.

Responsabilités

• Lead CPSR compliance strategy ensuring purchasing system meets FAR Part 44 and DFARS.
• Manage a team of compliance analysts or procurement professionals.
• Oversee CPSR preparation activities including gap assessments, audits, and data calls.
• Develop and maintain procurement policies, templates, and controls.
• Report system health and audit metrics to senior leadership and drive improvements.
• Provide guidance on complex procurement compliance issues including price analysis and cost/price reasonableness.
• Monitor regulatory changes and update procurement processes accordingly.
• Lead compliance training programs for procurement staff.
