Mercury Systems is seeking an experienced Senior Purchasing Compliance Analyst to support the integrity and continued approval of the company's government purchasing system. This hybrid role can be worked from several Mercury Systems locations, including NH.

The analyst will perform internal audits, reinforce purchasing policies, and develop compliance training while supporting SBLO activities and federal reporting. Strong CPSR experience and FAR/DFARS knowledge are required.

Qualifikationen

• Typically requires 4+ years of defense industry compliance experience.
• Hands-on CPSR experience.
• Working knowledge of FAR and DFARS (Parts 15, 19, 44, and 52).
• Experience auditing purchase files and documenting price reasonableness determinations.
• Experience developing and delivering compliance training.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.

Aufgaben

• Maintain internal audits of purchase files against CPSR criteria and document findings.
• Reinforce purchasing policies and conduct training across the team.
• Support CPSR readiness through mock reviews and responses to DCMA reviews.
• Serve as a contact for Small Business Subcontracting Plans creation and administration.
• Assist with data gathering and reporting for ISR, SF294, SSR in SAM; support SF294 cycles.
• Develop and deliver training on purchasing compliance and small business tools.
• Participate in special projects and other duties as assigned.
