Job summary

ALLCPR invites qualified instructors to join our team as Part-time Instructor/Trainer. You will teach American Red Cross First Aid/CPR/AED courses, deliver sessions to individuals or groups, and ensure compliance with ARC requirements.

The role requires current ARC Instructor certifications, strong CPR/AED knowledge, exceptional communication, and the ability to provide constructive feedback. Training in diverse settings and weekend availability are common. Local travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Current American Red Cross First Aid/CPR/AED Instructor certification is required.
• Strong knowledge of CPR and AED techniques and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prepare and deliver effective training sessions.
• Attention to detail and the ability to provide constructive feedback.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare for American Red Cross First Aid/CPR/AED courses.
• Deliver instructor-level training sessions to individuals or groups.
• Demonstrate proper CPR/AED techniques that comply with ARC requirements.
• Provide feedback to candidates to help them improve their performance.
• Monitor and evaluate candidate progress to ensure proficiency.
• Complete and submit course records in accordance with ARC requirements.
• Ensure training materials are up-to-date and comply with relevant program requirements.
• Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with CPR and AED training best practices.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients and candidates.
