ALLCPR is seeking an Instructor Trainer to lead and deliver ARC First Aid/CPR/AED courses and trainer-level sessions across diverse settings. You will prepare, demonstrate and assess CPR techniques, ensuring compliance with ARC standards and maintaining up-to-date materials.

The role requires current ARC Instructor credentials, trainer certification, and excellent communication skills. It involves weekend work and a flexible schedule with opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Instructor must hold current American Red Cross First Aid/CPR/AED Instructor certification.
• Instructor Trainer certification is required for trainer roles; bridging pathways may be offered.
• CPR/AED knowledge and BLS basics are essential for training delivery.

Responsibilities

• Prepare for American Red Cross First Aid/CPR/AED courses.
• Deliver instructor-level training sessions to individuals or groups.
• Demonstrate CPR/AED techniques per American Red Cross requirements.
• Provide feedback to candidates to improve performance.
• Monitor and evaluate candidate progress to ensure proficiency.
• Complete and submit course records according to American Red Cross requirements.
• Ensure training materials are up-to-date and compliant with program requirements.
• Participate in ongoing professional development for CPR/AED training best practices.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients and candidates.
