ALLCPR is seeking an Instructor Trainer to deliver American Red Cross First Aid/CPR/AED Instructor courses and train instructor candidates in a variety of settings, including schools, community centers, hospitals, and offices. The role requires current ARC Instructor certification, plus preferred ARC BLS Instructor Trainer and AHA BLS credentials.

You must own at least three manikin sets, be able to stand for long periods, and work weekends.

Qualifications

• Current American Red Cross First Aid/CPR/AED Instructor certification.
• Strong knowledge of CPR and AED techniques and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

• Prepare for American Red Cross First Aid/CPR/AED courses.
• Deliver instructor-level training sessions to individuals or groups.
• Demonstrate proper CPR/AED techniques that comply with American Red Cross requirements.
• Provide feedback to candidates to help them improve their performance.
• Monitor and evaluate candidate progress to ensure proficiency.
• Complete and submit course records in accordance with American Red Cross requirements.
• Ensure training materials are up-to-date and comply with relevant program requirements.
• Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with CPR and AED training best practices.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients and candidates.
