ALLCPR is seeking an Instructor Trainer to lead American Red Cross First Aid/CPR/AED training sessions in-person at various locations. The role requires preparing sessions, demonstrating techniques, and evaluating candidates to ensure proficiency.

Ideal candidates hold ARC Instructor certifications, with instructor trainer credentials preferred. Flexible weekend scheduling and a 1099/part-time contract arrangement are offered, along with a client-focused service mindset.

Formación

• Current American Red Cross First Aid/CPR/AED Instructor certification.
• Strong CPR/AED knowledge and teaching ability.
• Excellent communication and feedback skills.
• Ability to deliver training sessions and assess candidates.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare for American Red Cross First Aid/CPR/AED courses.
• Deliver instructor-level training sessions to individuals or groups.
• Demonstrate proper CPR/AED techniques that comply with ARC requirements.
• Provide feedback to candidates to help them improve their performance.
• Monitor and evaluate candidate progress to ensure proficiency.
• Submit course records in accordance with ARC requirements.
• Ensure training materials are up-to-date and compliant with program requirements.
• Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with CPR/AED training best practices.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients and candidates.
