Job summary

ALLCPR is seeking part-time instructors to teach American Red Cross First Aid/CPR/AED and related CPR courses in the local area. You will prepare for sessions, deliver instruction to individuals or groups, and ensure compliance with Red Cross requirements.

Qualified candidates will hold current Red Cross instructor certifications and demonstrate strong communication, feedback, and organizational skills. This position offers a flexible weekend/weekday schedule and in-person instruction.

Qualifications

• Certification as an American Red Cross First Aid/CPR/AED Instructor is required.
• Experience teaching CPR/AED and First Aid courses to groups.
• Strong communication and feedback skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare for American Red Cross First Aid/CPR/AED courses.
• Deliver instructor-level training sessions to individuals or groups.
• Demonstrate CPR/AED techniques compliant with Red Cross requirements.
• Provide candid feedback to candidates to help improve performance.
• Monitor candidate progress to ensure proficiency.
• Submit course records per Red Cross requirements.
• Ensure training materials comply with program requirements.
• Stay current with CPR/AED best practices through ongoing development.
• Deliver excellent customer service to clients and candidates.
