Job summary

ALLCPR is seeking qualified instructors to deliver American Red Cross First Aid/CPR/AED and related courses across the local area. The role involves teaching, assessing CPR techniques, and ensuring compliance with ARC requirements.

As an Instructor Trainer, you will train instructor candidates, prepare sessions, demonstrate techniques, and evaluate progress in schools, hospitals, and community settings. Weekend availability and strong communication are preferred.

Qualifications

• Current American Red Cross First Aid/CPR/AED Instructor certification.
• Strong knowledge of CPR and AED techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prepare and deliver effective training sessions.
• Attention to detail and the ability to provide constructive feedback to candidates.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Experience teaching: 2+ years (Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Prepare for American Red Cross First Aid/CPR/AED courses.
• Deliver instructor-level training sessions to individuals or groups.
• Demonstrate proper CPR/AED techniques that comply with American Red Cross requirements.
• Provide feedback to candidates to help them improve their performance.
• Monitor and evaluate candidate progress to ensure proficiency.
• Complete and submit course records in accordance with American Red Cross requirements.
• Ensure training materials are up-to-date and comply with relevant program requirements.
• Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with CPR and AED training best practices.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients and candidates.
