Job summary

ALLCPR is seeking an Instructor to teach American Red Cross First Aid/CPR/AED courses and train students across various locations. The role covers delivering instructor-level training and ensuring compliance with Red Cross requirements.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years teaching experience, current Red Cross Instructor certifications, and strong communication skills. This is a 1099 contractor or part-time position with flexible weekend availability.

Qualifications

• Current American Red Cross First Aid/CPR/AED Instructor certification.
• Strong CPR/AED knowledge and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prepare and deliver effective training sessions.

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Prepare for American Red Cross First Aid/CPR/AED courses.
• Deliver instructor-level training sessions to individuals or groups.
• Demonstrate proper CPR/AED techniques that comply with American Red Cross requirements.
• Provide feedback to candidates to help improve their performance.
• Monitor and evaluate candidate progress to ensure proficiency.
• Complete and submit course records in accordance with American Red Cross requirements.
• Ensure training materials are up-to-date and compliant with program requirements.
• Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with CPR and AED training best practices.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients and candidates.
